OnOneSource was born from a real passion for exceptional food, not from a boardroom. Our team brings decades of hands-on experience in restaurants, hotels, bakeries and professional kitchens, from neighbourhood dining rooms to some of the most demanding Michelin-starred kitchens in the world. Having worked internationally with chefs such as Gordon Ramsay, Isaac McHale, Mauro Colagreco and Clare Smyth, we understand exactly what separates an ordinary product from something truly special.

The idea for OneSource came from my own experience running a bakery and gourmet business in Spain. By working directly with producers, tasting products at source and understanding what restaurants, hotels, shops and distributors really need, I saw a clear opportunity: to bring outstanding artisan products to new markets with professionalism, transparency and strong commercial sense.

OneSource exists to connect exceptional producers with the right clients. We specialise in sourcing, importing and distributing premium gourmet products with real provenance, from carefully selected olive oils, vinegars and pantry goods to distinctive artisan products that stand out on shelves, menus and hotel tables.
